Photoshop Video Tutorial – Exploding man
Here's a long promised video tutorial on how this image was made in photoshop.
I must apologize for the video quality. If you have any good advice on what software I should be using for screencapturing video (on a windows), let me know.
Oh, and do note it's on Danish.

Camtasia is a good and full-featured screencast software package for Windows (also out for Mac recently):
